Scroll through our collection of baby keepsake frames, milestone boards, and nursery decor. Tap on any product to see full details, photos, and pricing.
Read the product description carefully for size, materials, what's included, and turnaround time. If the listing offers options (frame size, color theme), select your preference from the dropdown.
This is the most important step! Look for the "Add your personalization" text box on the listing page. Enter all the details mentioned in the description.

Send us a DM on Instagram (@artzy.designs) or message us on Etsy using the "Contact Shop Owner" button. Share your idea, reference photos, colors, theme — anything that helps us understand your vision.
💡 Don't have a clear idea? That's completely okay! Just tell us the occasion and we'll suggest designs.
We'll chat with you to nail down every detail — design, colors, text, size, and any special elements. We'll share references and rough concepts until you're 100% happy with the plan. We also confirm the price at this stage, so there are no surprises.
Once everything is finalized, we create a private Etsy listing made specifically for your order — with the exact description and agreed price. We'll send you the direct link.
It's a product page on Etsy created just for you. It shows your custom design details and the agreed price. You simply open the link and purchase — same secure Etsy checkout as any other order. Think of it like a personalized invoice on Etsy.
Tap the link we send you, review the listing details, and complete your purchase through Etsy's secure checkout. Same payment methods, same buyer protection — everything you'd expect from a regular Etsy order.
We'll send you a polished design preview via Etsy Messages. Review every detail — you can request revisions at this stage before we begin crafting. We don't start until you say "perfect!"

Absolutely! Share any reference images, inspiration, or screenshots via Instagram DM. For personal baby photos needed in the actual design, we'll request those securely via Etsy Messages after you place your order.
Message us on Etsy as soon as possible. We always share a design preview before we begin crafting, so you'll have a clear window to request changes or tweaks — no extra charge for reasonable revisions.
Yes! We ship worldwide with secure, careful packaging. Delivery times vary by destination — domestic orders typically arrive faster, while international shipments may take 2–4 weeks depending on customs and location.
Etsy accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (buy now, pay later), and Etsy gift cards. For Indian customers, UPI and net banking options may also be available.
Most orders are crafted within 8–10 business days after design approval. Add shipping time on top — domestic India orders take 5–7 days, international orders take 2–4 weeks. We'll share tracking details so you always know where your keepsake is.
